It's not clear what is and isn't taken for trade ins. It's fine to say the customer should do research but when you check every single item on the site and it has a trade in price, you would assume its actually taken in. especially when their own signs in store say "we buy dvds". I've had much better experiences at other CEXs suffice to say.
