  Great Plummer , trusted and excellent- I tried many and this guy is the best . Really helped us out of a sticky situation and saved us thousands by repairing our boiler which Is still going strong years later .

  We were recommended Eco Dragon to service an exchange heat pump system. The recommendation was from Grant Engineering who, in 2022, supplied the system’s pump (Aerona 10L model HPID10R32). We were struggling to make the system work (the tenants who installed it left without any guidance for its operation other than some installation manuals). Jamie took the call personally and, after talking through our concerns, said he would come next day, which he did (phoning in advance to confirm his arrival time). He was super-helpful in explaining how the system worked (in ways we could understand) and finding (online) user manuals by which to re-programme the system (for heating and hot water). He invoiced us just for the quoted service fee, even though he stayed longer than expected. He was at all times courteous, composed and creative in helping us take back control of the system’s complexities – a truly five star service!

  Jamie was introduced to us via the Heat Geeks as our local installer of Airsource Heat Pump systems. We have had a completely new heating system installed and from our initial survey through to completion Jamie has been absolutely brilliant. He has to be one of the neatest plumbers I have ever met, he treated our home with the highest respect, was always very courteous and considerate of the fact we had to live in our home while he installed a quite large system. We would highly recommend Jamie as a thoroughly professional and confident plumber/ heating system Engineer. His design was excellent and his workmanship brilliant. We cannot recommend Jamie highly enough!

  Jamie and Emma came to do a powerflush to clean my heating system. their machine worked outside so there was no mess and chaos around the house. thanks for the excellent work guys

  When I first moved in in 2013 I had a problem with my Air Source heating system, it had been installed incorrectly by another company and was costing £160 (!) per month in electric ⚡️. Due to a breakdown I called Jamie from Eco Dragon who not only fixed the breakdown but also fixed the incorrect installation thus dropping my monthly electricity bill to £40 👍🏻!!! Any problems, always on the end of the phone and visits promptly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
