We used MJ Christopher & Sons for our house move from Staffordshire to Cornwall last week. The entire process with them was very seamless! They were very flexible and understanding when we had delays caused by our buyers solicitors, which postponed the exchange of contracts. They were also able to offer solutions and contingency plans, such as storage if the proposed completion date slipped. We didn't need these in the end, but it was a relief to know we had options if needed. The team did the move over two days, packing up our Staffordshire home the day before completion and then unloading on the completion day in Cornwall. The entire team was excellent- Zena in the office was always on hand to answer questions and communication was fab! Mike and his moving teams at both ends of the move were amazing! They were super efficient, friendly, tidy and moved our belongings 250 miles across the country with zero damages and no problems! Thank you so much for making our move such a smooth, stress free process!

Really professional. Great advice up-front and a very good price. Quietly got on with the job - positive and helpful. Similarly, made our long-distance move seem effortless at the other end. Strongly recommended if you want a more stress-free move anywhere in Cornwall, anywhere to Cornwall, or anywhere from Cornwall across the UK. Very experienced and solid team.

A first class team who did a first class job moving my son from Newquay to St Day. Despite challenging access at both ends of the move these guys were amazing. They all worked so hard from 7.30 in the morning until the job was done at 5.30 in the afternoon. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

Whilst travelling at the speed limit, one of your drivers decided to tailgate my car, only 2 metres away. Was not impressed especially with my 3 year daughter in the back of the car. Disgraceful attitude and driving. * Edit Spoken to the company who have used threatening language and failed to admit their driver was in the wrong in any way despite watching back the 4 way camera system on their trucks showing this as it happened. If you see one of these truck out and about, just be wary. This driver in particular was very reluctant to let us merge to the point where he put his foot down to try to prevent our manuover forcing us to merge late. And then proceed to give us attitude for the next 20 minutes. Stopping alarmingly close to our rear bumper when I had to slow down as a young deer was emerging from the side.

The whole stressful experience of moving was made bearable by Christophers. From Mike coming out to assess and Zena and Debra in the office to Adrian and Alex packing the removal van eveything was absolutely brilliant. All companies should operate like this not just removal companies, all companies. Best customer service ever. If you want to move, use M J Christophers.
