  So helpful so professional so kind so thoughtful. Always picked up the phone always helped nothing was a problem for them. In what was a very difficult time A C Richards helped us give my mother the perfect send off. I would recommend them to everyone.

  Andrew Richards and his team provided a sensitive and compassionate funeral, which at all times was very professional and extremely caring. I would recommend him to anybody needing that little bit extra. He goes above and beyond to make everything as good a goodbye as it can possibly be, and yet is never intrusive but quietly and resolutely supportive.
