  Honestly I cannot ever imagine staying anywhere else in Porthleven, the view is priceless and the amount of sunsets and sunrises I saw was breathtaking. Positioned at elevation in Porthleven, the suite itself is generously sized and comfortable with all the mod-cons you'd want for a self-catering break. Beautiful finishing touches, an amazingly comfortable bed and a hostess with the mostest Sandra for whom nothing is too much trouble. Just 3-4 min walk to the harbour front and with street parking (no issue in November) I utterly recommend this place which you'll not find on many third-party sites, so book direct or thorugh Air bnb as I did. Thanks Sandra for a wonderful break

  -My wife and I have been coming to Porthleven for 8 or 9 years staying in various holiday lets around the harbour. An Mordros caught my eye and after looking at the photos and streetview, decided to book. I decided to book over the phone and paid a deposit. We parked outside, grabbed a bag and went to our room. We walked into a good sized living area with the left hand side of the room devoted to a kitchen. The living area has a comfy settee, coffee table and large flat screen TV. The main event in this room is the large bay window with small dining table with stunning....yes, stunning views over Porthleven Harbour. Leaving the living area you enter a generously sized bedroom with generously sized and very comfortable bed. Bedside tables on each side and plenty of drawers and a wardrobe. A little step up in the bedroom leads to a cosy snug with 2 chairs and a table. Just off the bedroom is a door to the large shower/toilet room. The shower is a large walk-in thing with an electric shower. I'm not a fan of the electric showers, they're never quite powerful enough, however, this one was ok, once you found the temperature knobs sweet spot I got a good shower. The apartment sleeps 2 and there is plenty of room and storage. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine, toaster.....It was immaculately clean and comfortable and I have no trouble at all giving 5 stars from the booking process through to the last day of our stay. Parking in Porthleven can be tricky. An Mordros doesnt have designated parking, however, we stayed in May and were able to park outside with no trouble.

  Absolutely stunning suites. Stunning views highly recommend this beautiful place. The owners are amazing too.

  Room was clean, Breakfast was good traditional breakfast with various options.Some rooms have sea views although we booked very late and only had a partial view but still a sea view.The hosts were very pleasant. The rates were very reasonable compared to other locations. The decor is a little tired and ready for an update. All in all, for the price, the stay was okay.
