  We used Matt and Lanora House to clear a storage container on behalf of a client who was no longer local to the area. They were competitively priced and provided an extremely efficient service. I would recommend them for house/furniture clearances.

  I cannot recommend the guys from Lanora House highly enough. Professional, reliable, polite and exceptional at what they do. They even wanted to charge us less than initially quoted, which sums up how kind this team are. If you have any house or attics that need clearing, definitely give this company a call.

  I contacted Matthew a month or so ago regarding a house clearance, after being let down by other companies. He kept his promise and attended on time, and at short notice for a quotation. I found him empathetic, helpful and attentive. His price was reasonable, and I had no hesitation in proceeding. It’s also worth mentioning, Matthew patiently waited a few weeks after an unexpected wobble with the sale, and when he and Ben attended yesterday, at the agreed time, nothing was too much trouble in clearing the house with friendly professional efficiency. How they coped in this heatwave, I will never know. I was delighted to find this local company, and have no hesitation in recommending them; they have proved trustworthy and reliable with impeccable customer service. Thank you!

  We are so very pleased with all the effort Matthew and his hard working team put into both our jobs. He called me to discuss the jobs, and quickly arranged convenient dates and times. The first job was a house clearance, a massive job - completed thoroughly and swiftly. The second job was moving some bulky and delicate furniture across the country, again completed swiftly, carefully, and without issue. Definitely recommend.

  I contacted Lanora at very short notice after being badly let down. I was working to a very tight schedule and Matthew visited the property on the day I contacted him. I was some 400 miles away at the time. He came back with a very competitive quote and changed his plans to fit my clearance in within 2 days. Matthew and Callum attended and worked non-stop to clear out a very congested flat. I'm really pleased that their policy is not to blindly throw everything in a landfill. I would happily use them again and have no hesitation in recommending Lanora should you have a clearance to carry out. Many thanks.
