  Extremely impressed by the highly professional, thorough, friendly and welcoming service at Reynolds & Slater. Worlds apart from my general experience at high street chains! I strongly recommed you book your eye test here!

  A massive thank you to all the Falmouth team for their brilliant service. They went out of their way to fit me in for an emergency eye test after particularly bad headaches. The testing I had from Julianne was the most thorough I’ve ever had at an opticians. Great people, very knowledgeable and professional through and through.

  Wonderful opticians. By sheer luck I came upon this opticians after developing Meobodian Gland Disorder after a cataract operation. The surgeon who had done the op privately was not much help at all so I was very relieved to find that Marcus Slater specialises in treating this disorder. My eyes are now much better and for the time being I don't need the more advanced light treatment he offers. The Duchy hospital and the NHS clinic at Treliske seem to be more or less totally ignorant of any knowledge of this advance never mind offering it. I also got my new glasses here and Ceasha has been an absolute star throughout..I had a change of frames and type of lenses throughout all of this and was very grateful for her patience and help. This is a fantastic opticians and I will never go anywhere else. They also have a parking space outside the shop and lovely premises. Yea 5 stars on every front

  I’m on holiday here in Falmouth, on our boat 300 miles away from home! My glasses arm sheared off and I was in full panic mode as they are quite literally, my eyes!!! I tried Specsavers ( my own optician at home ) and the woman in the Falmouth office wouldn’t give me the time of day. We luckily stumbled across Reynolds and Slater and they couldn’t have been more helpful! Kate Bright was amazing, quickly organised for my glasses to be sent off to their repair place, took them herself to be posted and checked everyday to see how my glasses were faring in their repair. Checked the post everyday to see if they’d been returned and when I popped in on the off chance, Kate went to check post and then returned my glasses in perfect order in less than a week!! Kate recognised me straight away and greeted me by name! Outstanding service, truly wanted to help me in my hour of need!! Reynolds and Slater, you have an amazing member of staff and a cut above the rest of Falmouth opticians for sure!!!
