Ordered an upgrade from tesco mobile, supposed to come with a Samsung chromebook go as part of a deal.
Delivered to the wrong address.
Customer service start an investigation into this to sort this out ASAP...
A week later no email or update. Second attempt with customer service just to get any update at all. The only update to which was just to continue waiting.
ANOTHER WEEK LATER...STILL NOTHING back about this investigation so I make yet another attempt to talk to customer service. TOLD TO WAIT AGAIN. LITERALLY NEVER USING TESCO MOBILE AGAIN. FULLY BOYCOTTED NOW.
