    I broke a handle on one of my windows, I contacted duchy and they were very helpful, had it repaired with in 48 hrs.

    Quality product let down by abysmal aftersales support. While the windows themselves are great, Duchy’s guarantee has proven to be completely worthless. A rubber seal has failed, and Duchy is refusing to honor the warranty—claiming it was pulled out. Crucially, their own visiting technicians disagreed with this assessment on-site, yet management still refuses to rectify the issue.
