    Very unhelpful lady who just sat on her phone and had no interest in helping me today. I understand that Tesco can not help with everything but she could have guided me as she knew what I had to do to set up my phone but was just more interested in what she was doing on her phone messaging. No smile or help at all. For reference I have got all family phones from Tesco and have normally had great service just upsetting today how unhelpful this lady was

    Recommend every-one to this store....required assistance to transfer data from old ee phone (expensive contract) to new moto Tesco mobile, excellent value contract...excellent moto. Wish to name our assistant ALEX who sorted us out for her patience, helpfulness and all around excellence. I and now my wife have always received excellent service from all the staff here. Get your next phone and contract here...you will not be disappointed.

    Got to the shop at 17.20 in plenty of time, sign saying open until 19.00 waited patiently for 25 mins only to be told there closing at 18.00 due to a shortage of staff .why didn't he tell me when I walked in instead of making me wait 25 mins

    Visited today in order to change a Tesco mobile contract. We saw Natasha in Tesco store at Trostre who was very friendly, patient and explained everything in full and in simple terms. Excellent customer service.
