  Came to the house same day as phone call. Found issue within 30 mins. Fixed issues in another 30 mins. 4 days without hot water or heating. All sorted thanks to their very professional work. Would use again and would recommend

  My experience with D Davies plumbing and heating..... well, I called D Davies before Christmas as I had two leaks, one from the water tank and one from the boiler that I hoped could be easily resolved. The engineer has been out to my house so many times I've lost count, three times he has had to come back as my boiler has been left 'fixed' but without the heating working or no pressure in the boiler. One of the times he told me they'd fitted a part incorrectly and it needed rewiring differently and was sorted... eventually. When he came to fix the second leak, the engineer was an hour into the job and told me he didn't have the tool he needed to complete it. Having already been out to look at the job and order the part. As it was a twenty minute drive each way to get the tool 'he didnt have the time', but he would call the following Monday to sort the situation. Weeks later I'm still waiting for this and they won't reply to my texts or calls. If your not interested why don't you just say? I find this company very unreliable. On multiple occasions, I have arranged for an engineer to come, booked time off work and then been left dissapointed as either the engineer didn't arrive or has rearranged. I understand this business makes it's money of emergency call outs and has to prioritise certain jobs ect but this has been an ongoing issue since Christmas, 18 weeks ago. We've been ignored and forgotten about and I'm obviously not happy. I have paid promptly and been patient and understanding. However, I wanted to get all the leaks or problems sorted with my central heating as my partner is now 40 weeks pregnant and we've just been left. Pretty terrible customer service to be honest. I don't want a reply to this, you can't say anything... you failed your customer and won't take calls or answer texts to reply or sort this. This is literally the first time I've ever given such a terrible review and feel like an absolute wolly, but we've got such a simple problem to resolve. So no I wouldn't reccomend this local firm at all. Not to anyone, don't bother.
