  We have just had 10 windows and two doors replaced with Centaframe and the service we had was Excellent.The experience we had from enquiring with Louise to the measuring with Leighton and finally the installation with the fitters was very pleasant and professional.The boys that came to do the installation were brilliant, they treated us and our home with respect and made the whole experience comfortable(for two days there were 5 installers with us), Dean and Tyrone were very professional and cleaned up after them and left our home spotless. We found Centaframe to be very good price wise and will certainly be using them again in the future and would highly recommend Centaframe to anyone thinking of replacing their doors and windows .

  Highly recommended. After two years I can still give five stars for professional service and quality backed up with their ten year warranty. I had a very small problem with one window handle which was replaced under warranty by an excellent fitter. He also checked and adjusted all my windows when on site. A very happy customer well done and thank you again. This is what I call good old fashioned customer service at it's best. From the initial survey to completion it's been a pleasure. Having completed the windows installation on my barn conversion I have no complaints, in fact I've already recommended Centraframe to others. The installation team were friendly and professional. Everything was left clean and tidy, they are a credit to the company. I can only highly reccomend and would be very happy to use them again. Well done Centraframe and thank you.
