  Disgusting customer service. Very rude to my little boy when he bought a game for the wrong console in error. Took the game back then refused to refund me and banned me from the shop. Appalling behaviour. I've put a complaint in online, but they decided to ignore me. So Cex have got both the game and my money! Disgusting. Edit - the online group have now responded saying I want thrown out and banned. It would be amusing, if it wasn't so unprofessional. They weren't there, they didn't witness me being told to leave and that I wasn't welcome back there! Ridiculous customer service.

  Today 16th june I visited the Carmarthen store thinking I would need buy another phone I was helped by Richie. He was great explained all I needed to know and helped to show me why my phone was was a little slow and how to improve my useage etc . I want to thank him for his help and not pushing a sale I didnt really need. Thank you

  Would give zero stars! Bought a xbox 360 controller from there at Christmas, the lady said any issues there's a 5 year warranty! Got home and the controller didn't work at all. Went back to get it fixed or replaced and the lady refused to fix it and replace it. Wouldn't test it or anything. Extremely poor service. I will be emailing the company and I will put in a complaint. I have now wasted £30 on a controller that does not work. Lady behind till was extremely rude and extremely unhelpful. 5 year warranty, absolutely lies. Sold me a dodgy controller, do not shop here!!!
