  Rowan came to give us a quote on reinforcing a sagging floor in our old cottage. His approach and communication were spot on from the first interaction. He gave us options and talked us through what each would entail and fitted us in quicker than expected. He arrived exactly when he said he would and kept me informed along the way. Couldn't be happier with the result and will definitely recommend. Thanks Rowen

  Rowan has very recently completed a smallish job for us converting a patio door into a window so that we could replace and transform our kitchen. Rowan and his team were excellent and professional. Rowan is a great guy who loves his work and both my wife and I would highly recommend.

  I would highly recommend Rowan Evans. Having spent the last 5 years trying to find a builder to replace a lintel and coming accross every rogue trader in Wales, it was such a relief to finally find Rowan. From the start we could tell that Rowan was going to do a good job and was not going to rip us off like so many others have done in the past. This was so heartwarming and goes to show that good reliable builders do still exist. Even though the job took longer than expected thanks to the lovely Welsh weather, Rowan kept in contact throughout. I would have no hesitation of using Rowan for any building work in the future. Special thanks to his labourer Frankie, total star and such a lovely lad.
