  Very friendly staff. They took a look at the issue and diagnosed it straight away. Unfortunately, the fault was not fixable. The diagnosis was completely free of charge, so thank you very much for your time and help!

  Just to say a big thank you to Thompsons for coming to our rescue after we had problems on the M6. Their attitude and friendly professionalism was superb. They took the car in, gave us a lift to the nearest car hire place and within 24 hours had fixed the problems and the car was ready.
