rather complicated way of hiring a unit..... lots of paperwork to sign....a ridiculous amount. When I no longer needed the unit, I was told a refund would be given for any unused time left, as it is paid in advance. After endless phonecalls, and numerous times being told they would " do it now "......I am still waiting 2 months later, and still have no refund. Not a very personal service. I now use a different storage firm, very nice people, there is an office where you can talk to a human over a cup of tea, quite a bit cheaper, and extremely helpful. Personally I would not recommend this place.

Clean and secure storage unit. Easy to access and plenty of trolleys available for use make it a great option for storage of items. Happy to recommend.

We've just rented a storage unit & the whole process was made easy with good information. Big thanks to Laura & Alan who have been friendly & helpful. The units are great and the facilities are modern, clean, tidy and practical AND secure! We have no hesitation recommending My Secure Self Store at Kendal Mary Nov23
