  A lovely member of system fixed a broken necklace quickly, very reasonably ( 25 % of the price quoted by another place in town ) and couldn't have been more friendly. Will definitely use them in future.

  Liz was SO friendly, knowledgeable and patient when my partner and I came in to choose an engagement ring. The whole process was so smooth. I don’t live in the area and they even couriered it to us. Highly recommend!

  My partner and I visited this weekend and left with 2 engagement rings. Emily was fantastic, incredibly welcoming and spent lots of time helping us navigate their stunning collection. Couldn’t be happier with the experience and it’s really added to the excitement for our wedding plans. 10/10.

  Took my unwanted gold rings to get a valuation. Went to Ramsdens first, then came here for a second opinion. Kendal Goldsmiths offered me £575 more than Ramsdens!!! They were really friendly and I had the money in my bank account within the hour. Would definitely recommend, plus I got the stones back. Thank you.

  Made the mistake of going in whilst waiting for the wife and daughter to do some shopping. Browsing watches 20 mins later come out the proud owner of a new Bulova watch. Served by Paul who gave me time to browse and chat and try on some watches. Absolutely no pressure selling at all
