  Amazing service from start to finish. Rang up and the lady who answered was really helpful. Very quick service - came to our rescue within 20 mins of ringing. So friendly too. Would highly recommend

  Outstanding Service I’m not one for leaving reviews but I feel these guys deserve my time. My wife broke down on Saturday, causing traffic congestion and a very stressful situation. I was away at the time so suggested a few things to try to no avail, I then asked her to inform the police as she was causing a bit of a dangerous situation and being a woman on her own she felt a bit overwhelmed and nervous, the police did nothing and offered no help. I made a few calls to try and get her and her car recovered and found G&B Autos. I phoned and spoke to a lady, I explained the situation my wife was in and they said they would be straight out to her, quoted a price and I agreed. I informed my wife she would be getting rescued. Sure enough they turned up in no time, and suggested they recover her car to their garage to see if they could sort out the issue (her car conked out and would not start) I was a bit suspicious of their offer as we didn’t know how serious or minor the issue was but went with it. They also dropped her off at home too. They phoned her within a few hours explaining what they believed to be the issue and said they would try and get it fixed asap (Saturday afternoon). Monday morning came and a phone call from the garage to say all was well and the car was fixed. I went to collect lunchtime Monday and was very impressed with their diagnosis, honesty and overall service, what surprised me most was the price of everything including recovery, repairs, taking my wife home etc. I cannot recommend this company enough

  As a taxi driver, my husband was badly let down by a well known national recovery company who, after initially being told the wait would be an hour, called back 90 mins later to say they couldn't come till the next morning! It was 10.30pm and Ben came to the rescue within 30 minutes. Wouldn't use anyone else now, this company is first class. Thank you Ben, service like this is rare these days.
