- MKMark KennySep 30, 20261.0Absolutely disgusted by this company. Timelines are important here . On Sunday 26th September I sold my IPhone 16E to CeX in Carlisle. The phone was almost new but for some minor wear and tear on the screen. Having inspected the phone they gave a price, on the condition rating C, and advised unless there was a problem the money would be in our bank account by the end of the day. Furthermore, they stated if there was a problem they would phone us. Now three days on, several emails with bland responses, and no phone call we have not received the money. CeX, you should be ashamed. I am out of the country at present so can’t go into the store, probably a good thing for them that I am. CeX. Send me the money you owe!!
- WWWillSep 17, 20261.0Bought a plug from here and it exploded :)
- MWMiranda WhellansSep 14, 20265.0They are very helpful and friendly
- ESEmily SwantonAug 22, 20261.0Been waiting 2 days for my FPS when I was told it would be end of day! Not happy rude staff
- LBlouise baileyMay 24, 20261.0I don’t advise selling your tech here - they dropped the grade of my Apple Watch when it was great condition to which I declined, took it to another CEX who honoured the original grade and questioned why it would’ve been dropped down. There’s multiple reviews stating the same experience so it seems intentional from their team to under value tech - on top of this, they’re extremely rude and abrasive. Take your tech to another CEX who work to the standards set and don’t make up their own rules.
