  Took my Golf Alltrack here after 3 other garages just kept throwing parts at it. Wheel bearings, tyres DSG and haldex services. They diagnosed a worn diff bearing within 5 mins. 2 days later had my car back all smooth and quiet. Noticed a little oil leak after, took it back and one of the seals was damaged. They swapped it over for a new one with no questions. Price quoted was what I paid too. Honest people that know what they're doing.

  Can’t recommend these guys highly enough! I was absolutely stuck with my car and the amazing guys at Halifax Clutch & Gearbox went way above and beyond to do everything they could to help me out. Honestly, they restored my faith in humanity. Craig, Craig & Martin (and the rest of the lads) I’ve had such bad experiences with car garages in the past but these lads are completely different! Thank you, thank you thank you! 🙏🏼☺️

  Excellent service from start to finish. Had a very noisy gearbox in my Ford Fiesta and 2 other garages didn’t want to take the job on but these guy took my car in and had it fixed within a week. Didn’t charge me to initially diagnose and test drive my car. Kept me updated along the way and even dropped the car back off to me. Definitely recommend!

  Used these guys numerous times over the years. Must have rebuilt at least a dozen trafic vivaro primastar gearboxes for me now plus a few cars too with the m32 gearboxes and never had a problem. Great service , fair price. Great communications, keep up the great work guys.
