  Ordered a Stihl Carb via their eBay shop. It didn’t get delivered. Chased via no reply. Chased again and they then uploaded an incorrect tracking detail of an address in Lymington (wherever that is!) - I’m near Lancaster. I do not recommend this seller. Still chasing them via eBay for the part I paid for / a refund.

  Excellent service. The mower was ready when promised and so clean I didn't recognise it as the mower I took in. It now performs as well as when I bought it.
