  Had a kids party here, couldn't recommend it enough! The lovely lady that looked after us was really great, and all the kids really enjoyed themselves.

  I can highly recommend Mini Monsters Fun House.. Having a 4 and 6 year old who loves going to soft play areas, we have ample experience in visiting these in multiple areas of the UK. It isnt too large so its easy keeping an eye on the kids and they have a hight limit so older kids can't take over the play area. I can also highly recommend their food.. It is very seldom that there is a good balance between quality and price.. Their chips is also some of the best I've had from any reataurant or play area. It was a pleasure meeting Dave who received us when we arrived and who also made the great food... Wish you guys the all the best for the future.

  I am genuinely appalled by our experience here and would strongly question how this place is considered suitable for young children. I took my two little ones and found the venue completely overcrowded, with two parties taking place at the same time and large, boisterous children running around unchecked. It felt unsafe for younger children and was not an enjoyable experience at all. The outdoor play area is particularly concerning. It is run down, poorly maintained and, in my opinion, unsafe. There were areas covered with black and yellow hazard tape where equipment appeared damaged or faulty. My little girl ended up hurting her mouth while playing outside, which says everything about the state of the equipment. Frankly, the whole place looks tired, neglected and in desperate need of investment and maintenance. To make matters worse, I was overcharged on entry. After checking the website and realising the mistake, I requested a refund that I was clearly entitled to. What should have been a straightforward process turned into an unnecessary ordeal. I was met with eye rolls, huffs, puffs and a rude attitude from a member of staff who appeared poorly trained and visibly irritated that I had questioned the charge. I was even told the manager was "too busy making food" to deal with the refund and that I would need to come back another day. I felt an inconvenience! After a lengthy discussion, I was eventually told the refund would be processed within a few days. I am still waiting to see whether that actually happens. The lack of professionalism, accountability and customer service was shocking. The venue was also dirty throughout our visit. Between the safety concerns, poor maintenance, overcrowding, overcharging and rude customer service, this was one of the worst soft play experiences I've had. I certainly won't be returning and would not recommend it to other parents of young children.
