Got a Samsung s22 off tesco and had nothing but issues with the phone. First time they replaced the phone although I've just had to send away for repair due to the phone randomly overheating and having charging issues (needing to be turned off or not charging as device was to hot). The device hurt my hand to hold but apparently there is nothing wrong with it according to their engineers but I have proof via screenshot of the notices on the phone. I have a 16 month old child and if it hurt my hand go touch it definitely would of his as children have a habit grabbing things. I also drive 3 hour journeys so need a reliable device. Tesco are point blank refusing to help the phone is less than 12 months old and I've never had issues like it.
