  The staff are nice but I think with limited communication. The choice of games and movies is also interesting, I always find something I haven't seen before, and they're fairly priced for the most part.

  Disappointing management, but Dakota saved the day! We had a highly stressful experience at the Warrington store today regarding a £100 voucher balance. Because a previous transaction hadn't emailed us an updated voucher, the system wouldn't let us use our remaining credit, despite the staff being able to see our entire purchase history under my email address. When we asked for assistance, the female manager on duty was extremely unhelpful, condescending, and dismissive. She kept showing us her screen, insisting "there was absolutely no way on this earth" to fix it in-store, and told us our only option was to email customer service. Her terrible customer service and complete lack of empathy left me incredibly upset and worried we had lost our money. Thankfully, a wonderful staff member named Dakota stepped in. He actually listened to our problem and found a solution immediately. Because of Dakota, we were able to buy our game and get our new voucher for the remaining £85. He was absolutely fantastic and turned a horrible experience around. Management could learn a lot from him!

  This store offers scummy practice, they sell you items but when you go to return them (the day after) they refuse to give you refund after stating you have 48hrs return policy full refund, they then want to put to put item on a voucher to what they would buy it for.
