  Not good at all just feel like we’ve been fed lies so they can get a cheaper deal. Took a Nintendo switch to sell and it needed to be left for a few days for testing because it was busy. we got an email to say they couldn’t take it as there was a crack in it (wasn’t there before we took it in) then when we went to pick it up no crack and the guy at the counter said they could retest because it didn’t look like there was anything wrong, it would be an hour. When we went back an hour later they said the left joystick wasn’t working which had a never happened before we used it a few days before taking it in. When we said this to them they got very defensive and argumentative despite us being understanding and saying well take it back we didn’t want to sell. Got home and it works perfectly fine very strange won’t be trading there again just be cautious if they say stuff is wrong with your tech it might not be they’re just trying to get a cheap deal clearly. 3 stars because we got good trades in some other stuff we took in.

  I spent waiting more than 2 hours in total to sort out a TV purchase, while also wasting money on parking. After all that waiting, I was rudely told they “didn’t have time” to check the second TV was working. Different staff also gave me conflicting information and refused to take responsibility. Except for Dakota who was extremely warm, understanding and polite. I want to be contacted to escalate the complaint

  You can buy things cheaply; a shop like that is needed.
