  PS4 pad faulty, and they said it’s not their pad as some numbers come off from the sticker, why they give warranty if they cannot accept it. Always some excuses, shop for crack heads to sell kids stuff, better to avoid.

  This controller was bought from another Cex store in the UK, this year. Today I was wanted to sell it back to Cex. They refused me because the serial number is painted with black on the label. You guys need to know ,that i bought it like that.

  Very upset with how some people get treated at this store, also depending on which staff member you get. Twice I have taken an item in near perfect condition into this store to sell, then forced to take a bank transfer even though I request cash. Then only to be called later to be told there’s a fault on the item (which was never there before). And to be told to just sell it on Facebook Marketplace. Then later look and see items in the windows in horrible condition being sold for loads. Not very fair. Just seems certain staff are very picky and just want to get the testing over with and don’t do it properly or just feign a fault so they don’t have to pay out. Has definitely put me off not only selling to this store but even buying from them.

  Адекватные цены на любой карман, персонал недоверчив, выбирал планшет в руках подержать не дают, видимо убегают с товаром ,включить тоже допокупкине хотят обьясняя чтотпотом придется все сносить, но по итогу все хорошо
