I bought a Samsung 27 phone on the 13th of July 26. The customer servive was very good and he swapped everything off my old A14 on to this. After a few days I noticed that the wifi wasnt supporting some of my apps. Not just my own wifi but elsewhere too. I took it back after about a week and a nice chap called carl cleaned the sim card and it was hoped that this would sort the problem. However it hasnt and today the 13th of August, 31 days after I purchased it I took it back. Carl was there again but he took a back seat and let someone else have a look. Bloke with a beard. First thing he informed me was that I was 1 day out of the 30 day bring back time. He then had a look at the fone and said as far as he was concerned there was nothing wrong with the fone. I was not impressed with the man's attitude to be honest. I had forked £320 on this fone and to say I am disappointed with the attitude would be an understatement. I will not be buying another fone from Tesco again. By the way I used to work at the store so I know what good customer service is!

Having tried all solutions possible to resolve a problem on my mobile phone, we went to Tesco mobile in Broughton. Dave, who told us he usually worked in Chester Tesco, was on hand to help us. He was unbelievably thorough and patient in trying to analyse the problem, and spent over an hour working on my phone. In the end having tested the SIM card and all other aspects of the service and the phone, he reluctantly acknowledged that the problem was on the phone itself. At my request, he then showed me which phones were on offer and were a good deal so that I could choose a new one. He was superb!
