- DADanielle AshleyAug 24, 20264.0Had to have the charging port on our Meta Quest 3s replaced. Updates constantly from the Tech Centre, when they received it and when it was dispatched back to store. The only slight niggle was the communication from CEX itself. No phone call to say it was back in store, and no direct way to contact the store. Had to email the generic customer services- which took 24 hours to reply, then another 3 days to actually answer the question! Can't fault the repair itself.
