  I visited CeX to return two pairs of headphones, and I was fortunate enough to be served by Alex. From the moment I approached the counter, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely pleasant. She listened carefully to the issues I was experiencing, made me feel understood and reassured that the faults were valid, and explained the return process clearly. Everything was handled efficiently, making what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth. As I was leaving, I spotted another pair of headphones that caught my eye, so I joined the queue again to ask about them. To my delight, I was served by Alex once more, she patiently explained the specifications each pair, carefully cleaned them before I tried them on, encouraged me to test them properly, and listened attentively to my feedback after each one. When the store had ran out of options that matched what I was looking for, Alex checked stock in nearby CeX stores, and when that didn't provide much, she went onto the CeX database and recommended other models based on her own experience testing headphones. Her product knowledge, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly outstanding. This was honestly one of the best shopping experiences I've had. Alex made me feel valued throughout, never rushed me, and showed genuine enthusiasm for helping me find the right product. I'm really glad I walked into the store that day and was lucky enough to be served by her. Thank you, Alex!

  Was really busy for a Sunday morning but when I did get served the sales assistant was very helpful and polite. I didn't get the price I was looking for but I will definitely use this shop again.

  So finally bit the bullet and got the kids (definitely the kids 🤥🤥🤥🤥) an Xbox one bought a load of games online second hand and I genuinely wish I'd have tried here first I would have saved a few quid and the staff were really helpful and friendly too
