  Адекватные цены на любой карман, персонал недоверчив, выбирал планшет в руках подержать не дают, видимо убегают с товаром ,включить тоже допокупкине хотят обьясняя чтотпотом придется все сносить, но по итогу все хорошо

  Very disappointed with the service. Took around 150 PlayStation, PlayStation 2 and Xbox 360 games into the store. Got a call from a withheld mobile the next day with a cash offer. I asked the man to email me a breakdown of the offer and accepted. The offer was emailed shortly after the call, however, many games had been sold for just 1p each. I tried to call the shop but they have no direct line and the mobile number was withheld. So I immediately raised a complaint on their website. I couldn't get back to the store as I was away from home and they have now said tough you accepted the offer. CEX make it very difficult to contact them and prey on old people like myself because it's easy money. I've still heard nothing back since my complaint so be very wary of using this service.

  Can I just thank the person from Crewe CEX (Staff ID: 64365) who helped us trade in an unwanted Xbox series x and get my son his first console, a switch, he made it such a good experience for my boy on his first step in gaming. I have no idea what your name is but you had lots of piercings, thank you pierced guy.
