  When I visited the store there was no badgering and When I was ready to ask questions the lady was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered the wrong size mattress as a dummy I am but the guys were very helpful double check what size I needed and arranged the right size to be delivered and gave me a refund even though id messed up. Thanks and I will be recommending you to my friends and family 5stars

  Exceptional customer service, honesty, and aftercare! I purchased a mattress and bed frame from M6 Beds in August 2025. When an issue developed with the original mattress, a replacement was arranged quickly and handled with care and professionalism. Over time, further comfort concerns were reviewed again with patience, fairness, and a genuine focus on finding solutions rather than creating pressure. Louis, the owner, personally took the time to assess the situation in person. He was consistently honest, respectful, and proactive throughout the entire process. At every stage, communication was clear and the approach was focused on doing what was right for the customer. The level of aftercare and integrity shown was exceptional. This is a family run business that clearly stands behind the service it provides and takes real responsibility for customer experience, even when situations are complex. I am genuinely grateful for how everything was handled and would confidently recommend M6 Beds based on their service, honesty, and commitment to their customers. They will be my first point of contact for anything in this area going forward.

  Fantastic service from beginning to end. The delivery Guys were brilliant straight in and out no messing and explain what you need to do in keeping the bed fresh. Will definitely use again.

  Brilliant shop & service ! Walked in was given space to browse but the gent came over & offered some brilliant advise on Ottoman beds, so informative & low pressure. No hard sell just brilliant advice & patience! Absolutely great store would recommend !
