  I’ve been in twice and I must say, Sarah has been the most amazing, kind and helpful person! She was so patient, and even over the phone when I had made a blunder about mattress sizes- the issue was resolved within hours. I would 10/10 recommend M6 Beds and particularly Sarah, who went above and beyond for me! Thank you to everyone!

  Me personally would never shop here as one of the delivery drivers was telling me they supply beds for illegal immigrants HMOs and Hotels. Discusting how people are making profit before there own country men and women and children. If I worked there I certainly would not be delivering beds to an enemy.

  Why haven't I been here before???? Can't recommend it enough! We were served by Sarah and what she doesn't know about beds simply ain't worth knowing. She is passionate about the product and really engaged with us. Think we were there for 3 hours! She listened to what we needed and talked us through the pros and cons, often just wandering off to leave us to think about what we needed. There are budgets to suit all pockets, free local delivery and free removal of old mattress which few other companies do. We actually bought 2 mattresses one of which M6 beds delivered to South Yorkshire (second home). The delivery chaps were fantastic..... very efficient. Pre delivery communication was excellent and we knew what was happening every step of the way. All the team were brilliant. Can't fault any of them and can't recommend highly enough. Thankyou M6 Beds! Our aches and pains are now history 😁

  When I visited the store there was no badgering and When I was ready to ask questions the lady was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered the wrong size mattress as a dummy I am but the guys were very helpful double check what size I needed and arranged the right size to be delivered and gave me a refund even though id messed up. Thanks and I will be recommending you to my friends and family 5stars

  Exceptional customer service, honesty, and aftercare! I purchased a mattress and bed frame from M6 Beds in August 2025. When an issue developed with the original mattress, a replacement was arranged quickly and handled with care and professionalism. Over time, further comfort concerns were reviewed again with patience, fairness, and a genuine focus on finding solutions rather than creating pressure. Louis, the owner, personally took the time to assess the situation in person. He was consistently honest, respectful, and proactive throughout the entire process. At every stage, communication was clear and the approach was focused on doing what was right for the customer. The level of aftercare and integrity shown was exceptional. This is a family run business that clearly stands behind the service it provides and takes real responsibility for customer experience, even when situations are complex. I am genuinely grateful for how everything was handled and would confidently recommend M6 Beds based on their service, honesty, and commitment to their customers. They will be my first point of contact for anything in this area going forward.
