  Absolute waste of time. I went in hoping to sort out my account and possibly streamline things with a new contract, but it was impossible to get anything done. Even basic support couldn’t be handled in-store. Instead, everything has to go through a call centre overseas where communication is difficult and nothing gets resolved properly. What’s the point of having a physical store if they can’t actually help you when you walk in? Really disappointed with the service and the network as a whole. Would not recommend.

  Very dissapointed. Ive always visited this store when its been time for a new phone even though theres a store in my home town due to amazing support, very friendly, welcoming staff and always leaving happy. I have been in twice in the last year and will not be returning again. Staff don't seem to know what they are doing when someone finally talks to you. Seemed more interested in chatting to each other even after asking for some help. The final straw was when i asked if there was anything cheaper or any other options and was answered with attitude and a take it or leave it attitude as if i was wasting his time. Left without upgrading mine and my wifes phone or getting my daughters first phone for christmas due to last two visits. Staff don't seem to care. If the support isnt better at my local store i will be switching network.

  The guy in the shop was very helpful and nice but I asked if I could use the blue light he asked his manager she said no she would not speak to me he said she was busy on phone I showed the guy in the shop the term and condition on blue light app he said he didn't know and his manager says can't use it so this company is not blue light card friendly I think staff need more training
