  I took my ford focus to Aberystwyth Motors for a routine service. After they returned the car, I discovered they had forgotten to add engine oil, which caused significant engine damage. I’ve incurred costly repairs and feel I was overcharged for the original service. I attempted to resolve this with the garage but did not get a satisfactory response. I do not recommend Aberystwyth Motors based on my experience — be very cautious and double-check the work they do."

  I recently had my timing belt replaced on an ecoboost Ford Fiesta (wet belt) and the service provided to me was extremely professional. I would highly recommend Aberystwyth Motors to anyone.

  "Dad my car is not working properly..." are the words any father doesn't want to hear when their nineteen year old daughter is 200 miles away from home, in a town they have only been in a few days and they have no local support. Mostly on the strength of these reviews I contacted Aberystwyth Motors for help and Aled was on top of it immediately. Amazingly they managed to fix a very poorly car (new clutch and gearbox recon) in a couple of days by rearranging their schedules and working late, which was incredible. But the real value for me was the re-assurance that my daughter was in excellent hands as there was nothing I could do to help her, and that was priceless. Thanks again!
