  Before booking with Glen, I read through the reviews left by others. They felt genuine, and they gave me the courage to take this step. I hope this review does the same for someone else. I had been carrying heavy mental patterns for over twenty years. Thoughts of shame, of not belonging, of not being enough. Glen changed that. Through his techniques, working with the subconscious I was able to release things I had been holding onto my entire life. Things I didn’t even realise were still weighing on me. Everything feels lighter now. Simpler. More like it should be. Being present was something I always struggled with deeply. I’m not struggling with it anymore. Everything has improved, my relationships, behaviour, work, sleep, body and the list goes on. My perspectives have shifted in ways I genuinely didn’t think were possible. My life has taken a turn for the best. I can finally say that I’m whole! Glen is a rare and special human being, and I cannot thank him enough for being the guide on this journey. But I also want to be honest with you: Glen is exceptional, and the work is real. You will need to show up, be honest with yourself, and go inward, he creates the space you do the work. This is the best investment I have ever made in myself. Thank you, Glen. 🙏

  Amazing experience which has been life changing. Situations which caused uncontrollable anxiety and panic have been replaced by calm and contentment. I didn’t know what to expect on this journey but I was hoping for some improvement. Glen’s expectations were that the changes made would be 100% which has been successful. Cannot thank and recommend enough!

  I came a across Glen at the Pathway therapy rooms when we looking for help for my son.My Son had anxiety and was over thinking and really lacked confidence due to poor health in the past. Glen put him at ease and was so kind and patient with him. Things have really turned around for my son.He is now in his second year of university and his life is turning around.Thank you Glen! I would definitely recommend The Control system.

  A few years ago I was in a very dark place and I asked Glen for help. Glen suggested the CONTROL system, which was completely new to me and I must admit I was initially very apprehensive and a little afraid. Glen is very kind and calm and just three sessions of The CONTROL System changed my life!! Before I was constantly nervous, anxious, had many dark thoughts, full of fear and suffering with some OCD. I asked Glen if he could help me address these. Through the CONTROL System I have lost all of these and now I am able to live a positive and much more rewarding life. This has also given me strength in dealing with traumatic times such as the huge fires on Rhodes in 2023 and I am now a much stronger person. I cannot thank Glen enough. If anyone is struggling with their Mental Health I would recommend this 100%
