I hope this review does the same for someone else. I had been carrying heavy mental patterns for over twenty years. Thoughts of shame, of not belonging, of not being enough. Glen changed that. Through his techniques, working with the subconscious I was able to release things I had been holding onto my entire life. Things I didn’t even realise were still weighing on me. Everything feels lighter now. Simpler. More like it should be. Being present was something I always struggled with deeply. I’m not struggling with it anymore. Everything has improved, my relationships, behaviour, work, sleep, body and the list goes on. My perspectives have shifted in ways I genuinely didn’t think were possible. My life has taken a turn for the best. I can finally say that I’m whole! Glen is a rare and special human being, and I cannot thank him enough for being the guide on this journey. But I also want to be honest with you: Glen is exceptional, and the work is real. You will need to show up, be honest with yourself, and go inward, he creates the space you do the work.
