  Was able to sell a lot of items and got the money bank transferred to my account. However, they had to test the the items which took significantly longer than I had been told (several days) and I had to contact their customer service dept via email for an update - there is no way to contact the store itself without going to the store. You’d probably get a better price selling on fb marketplace for some things.

  Gave my phone to sell on 11th April and still waiting for the money , got told latest is get the money was today but still nothing. If I was you I'd sell your items elsewhere such as cash converters as you'll get the money there and then
