  James from Peledex was amazing. He was so considerate of my feelings about the rodent that had taken up residence under the floorboards in our bathroom. From the first visit to the last, he was thoughtful, considerate and thorough. He explained very clearly all options, what they involved and costs. I couldn't be happier or more relieved that I chose Peledex and that James was sent. Thank you James!

  Very quick and professional service. Wr had an issue with ants. He said give it 7 days for the problem to fully go, but they have vanished in a few hours!

  James helped us out with a problem with silverfish. He was very knowledgeable and quickly helped us reduce their number and identify potential sources of moisture within the house, giving practical advice for next steps. I would happily recommend him

  James was amazing! He came promptly (I could even track where he was on his journey to my appointment, which was really handy whilst having to do the school run!), he was completely professional and was quick in identifying where my any problem was. He worked quickly and neatly and advised if they weren't gone within a week, to call him back and he would sort it. Thankfully I've not needed to, my any problem was gone within a few days. 100% recommend, will definitely use again! Thank you so much!

  James gave excellent service with my problem with a rat. He came out the following day and gave me 4 visits to check all was gone. He was very professional and I would highly recommend
