  James helped us out with a problem with silverfish. He was very knowledgeable and quickly helped us reduce their number and identify potential sources of moisture within the house, giving practical advice for next steps. I would happily recommend him

  James was amazing! He came promptly (I could even track where he was on his journey to my appointment, which was really handy whilst having to do the school run!), he was completely professional and was quick in identifying where my any problem was. He worked quickly and neatly and advised if they weren't gone within a week, to call him back and he would sort it. Thankfully I've not needed to, my any problem was gone within a few days. 100% recommend, will definitely use again! Thank you so much!

  Excellent service from James, always arrived on time and very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with rat and it was soon solved, he returned 4 times to check and make sure all was good. Thank you very much
