  We had a very positive experience initially. Chris and his colleague were friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with, and the patio looked great when the work was completed. Unfortunately, after the grout had fully dried, several areas appeared to shrink, leaving gaps between some of the slabs. I contacted Chris about the issue, and he said he would come back to take a look. When he didn’t come as planned, I sent a polite reminder and received an apology, along with a request to remind him again the following week. However, after doing so, and despite further polite follow-up messages, I have not received a response and the issue remains unresolved. What makes this particularly disappointing is that everything up to that point had been so positive. I completely understand that problems can occasionally arise with any job, and I would have been happy with an update, a timescale, or even a brief reply. Instead, communication has stopped altogether. I’m leaving this review because I believe aftercare and communication are just as important as the original work. I would still welcome a response and the opportunity to get the matter resolved.

  Thanks for the big garden transformation, done front and rear pathways, large patio at the rear, slate and steppingstone side walkway, levelled and reseeded lawns. Also done a lovely 4m x 3m garden room, which is so well made it feels like you are in a room in a house with the added luxury of underfloor heating. From first contact to finish everything was done quickly, efficiently, to a very reasonable price and with excellent attention to detail. Very hard working team cannot recommend highly enough thanks.

  Marston Pomona Landscaping Solutions are a very professional and organised company. After an initial consultation, Chris came up with helpful ideas about my garden and a price within my budget. His team were hard working, their timekeeping very good and they finished the work within the timescale given. I was so pleased with the outcome and my garden is now a pleasure to be in.   Chris is responsible and punctual, also keeping everything clean and tidy. My garden is nicely done and we are all very satisfied with the work!

  Highly recommend Chris and the team. They produced a beautiful wood framed awning/portico. Chris is great to communicate with, and responded very well to all our requests. The team worked really hard and were very professional.
