  We had a very positive experience initially. Chris and his colleague were friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with, and the patio looked great when the work was completed. Unfortunately, after the grout had fully dried, several areas appeared to shrink, leaving gaps between some of the slabs. I contacted Chris about the issue, and he said he would come back to take a look. When he didn’t come as planned, I sent a polite reminder and received an apology, along with a request to remind him again the following week. However, after doing so, and despite further polite follow-up messages, I have not received a response and the issue remains unresolved. What makes this particularly disappointing is that everything up to that point had been so positive. I completely understand that problems can occasionally arise with any job, and I would have been happy with an update, a timescale, or even a brief reply. Instead, communication has stopped altogether. I’m leaving this review because I believe aftercare and communication are just as important as the original work. I would still welcome a response and the opportunity to get the matter resolved.

  Chris was brilliant in organising and planning our full revamp of our garden, making suggestions to the design and keeping us in the loop. Chris and his team were efficient, polite and tidy, and the final results are brilliant, highly recommended

  Chris and his team are absolutely amazing. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. They turned up at 8am every single morning without fail, were incredibly considerate, making sure everything was left clean if they had been in the house. They have given us such a beautiful garden, we are absolutely delighted with it. Thank you Chris and team
