  We had an excellent experience working with Tom as our mortgage advisor. He was efficient, personable and completely reliable throughout the whole process. His depth of knowledge was obvious, but what really stood out was how clearly he explained everything. Even the complex parts felt simple because he broke them down in a way that was genuinely easy to understand. Our situation was particularly complex but this did not seem to create any barriers or issues for Tom. Every option was detailed and thoughtful, and he was always patient and happy to offer repeated discussions to ensure we were clear in our choices. Communication was consistently prompt, and even though we are based in London, it did not affect the service at all. The whole experience felt far more personal and supportive than anything we have experienced from larger nationally recognised companies. What made the biggest difference was the sense that Tom genuinely cared about finding the right outcome for us. It never felt transactional. It felt supportive, informed and tailored to what we actually needed. Highly recommend Tom if you want a mortgage advisor who combines expertise with genuine care and exceptional service. Thank you Tom, we couldn’t have done it without you !!

  Tom Ash was nothing but a top tier professional So easy to talk to. Any problems, it was solved. Made our life so easy. Got our mortgage , home insurance and life insurance through him. Couldn’t recommend anyone better

  Tom was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much, and we couldn’t have bought our first home without him. He made everything straight forward and simple, and remained with us throughout the entire process to answer any questions (of which there were lots) Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be using again when required

  I have nothing but high praise for the team at Bright, from wills to mortgages to isa management to pension management (all the ones you collect over the years from different jobs, all sorted!) They ensure that you are happy with what you want, to the point they will tell you no, thats not ideal and this is why. I have never felt other than complete trust in their work. 5 stars doens't come close to how they make your financial worries a thing of the past.
