They are amazing cut my cat nails
Pom accidentally moved and she cut a little short but she's fine
I have a very fluffy dog. I brought him in with quite a lot of thick matts and a buzz cut was 50 quid. If you’re getting anything other than a buzz car, I think probably go somewhere else. Be prepared for it to take a very long time it’s cheap, but they will forget to text you.
First time my dog ever been to groomers i was bit scared coz I have a big not social around other dog i fully explained this and honestly couldn't have asked for better he was picked up and dropped off on his own no other dogs ..I was honestly scared but when he was dropped off I was told what a dream he was how good he was ..the gentleman even told me he thought my dog would rip his arm off ..being 7 and half stone black dog but he was a joy ..my dog came back calm smelling amazing fur so soft not stressed at all

Multiple times over the last few weeks I have seen your sign written van driven in an unsafe manner around residential streets in Markham, as soon as I have video evidence of this I will report to the police, the man driving the van needs to slow down before he causes an accident.
I enrolled in a 45-day training course with Scruffy 2 Fluffy but did not complete it due to extremely concerning experiences.
During my time there, I witnessed treatment of dogs that made us very uncomfortable. These actions were justified as “discipline,”
Two other trainees and I became increasingly uncomfortable and decided to investigate further before leaving the course.
We discovered that the £3,500 fee we each paid—supposedly covering an ICMG qualification—was misleading. After contacting ICMG directly, we were told they no longer work with this company and had removed their accreditation for undisclosed reasons. The same issue applies to the advertised City & Guilds qualification, as Scruffy 2 Fluffy is not an approved centre.
Further research led us to a BBC X-Ray episode (search “BBC X-Ray dog grooming” on YouTube), which revealed more about the trainer’s past business and identity—details that were not transparently shared with us.
When we confronted the owner’s husband to request a refund, he initially agreed but attempted to avoid repayment. During this conversation, he admitted awareness of the trainer’s aggressive behavior toward dogs. After two days of persistence, we received refunds—only for him to attempt to reverse them the following day through the bank. We are still dealing with the aftermath of that.
Overall, this experience was deeply upsetting. No animal should be treated the way I witnessed, and I strongly urge others to thoroughly research before enrolling or bringing pets here.
