  What a great local shop for bridal and prom dresses. A large selection available, varying in cost to suit all shapes and sizes. Very professional and friendly ladies. A great room upstairs, for fitting, which provides privacy and ample space to try various styles. Highly recommend!

  We where at the shop today and I have to say the service was amazing, They made my daughter feel so as ease, The lady’s at the shop where amazing and so helpful,They let my daughter take her time and try some dresses on more than once to make sure that she felt comfy in them it,They where happy to help with anything,Amazing service all round.

  Shopped for my daughter's prom dress at Carol's today. The ladies were very friendly and put my daughter at ease, encouraging her to try on several dresses until she found the perfect one. Beautiful selection of dresses, would highly recommend.

  We took our daughter here to try on dresses, upon first entry we weren’t even allowed to pick or look at the dresses they decided that for us, then we were taken up stairs where there was NO curtains or privacy and they just said ‘take your clothes off’ our daughter was extremely uncomfortable and left upset. The staff were incredibly rude, except for the younger lady who was polite and helpful. Should of read the reviews before coming here and I highly recommend not coming here.
