  Awful delivery. A few days ago (1st of March) I ordered a pre-loaded Lycamobile SIM through Tesco Mobile. According to the email confirmation it should have been delivered yesterday on 4th of March (time of delivery was not specified, so I sat at home the whole day waiting for it). It was not delivered yesterday. Today morning (5th of March) I tracked my order and to my surprise, on my account it said that the sim card was accepted yesterday (4th of March) at 9am. I spent half an hour calling Customer Service explaining the situation only to hear that they can't do anything because it is not a Tesco SIM, it's a Lycamobile SIM, therefore Lycamobile was the one who sent the delivery and they are the ones who should resolve the issue. Minutes after my phone call to Tesco, the SIM was delivered. Overall, if you see in your account claims about a successfull delivery await the real delivery on the next day.
