  Steve was brilliant – we’d had a nightmare, we had freshly fitted oatmeal wool carpet and someone accidentally spilt activated charcoal powder all over the carpet within hours of it being fitted. We hoovered and hoovered but the fine particles had become ingrained in the wool. I texted the company at around 8 pm and someone responded immediately, looked at the photos I sent of the staining, gave me a quote and booked someone in for the very next day. Steve came over, took a look and had the stains out within just over an hour. He was very warm and kind and we are delighted with the company and their service and highly recommend Steve!

  Amazing service from Steve. Super prompt replies to emails, very professional, polite and helpful when advising on care of upholstery and brilliant job at cleaning our sofa. Huge thanks and would recommend him wholeheartedly
