  They say they buy items but they don’t buy everything even if it’s not even noticeable then expect you to leave it with them while there managers r in a meeting. I brought the item from them and in the state it was when I tried to sell it back to them and they refused it despite them buying it from someone and selling it in that state if you do buy stuff like a switch r Xbox r even laptop r iPad make sure to check it properly as it could be slightly damaged r even region locked to another country if anything just buy the games and even check them before leaving the store.

  EDIT (PLEASE READ): After going back with the broken disc of the most recent one they offered to repair the disc and if it still doesn’t work they offered a full refund. Service was very good, may go back if I have the opportunity. Maybe was a little hasty with the previous review. Been sold two broken PS2 games that were so badly scratched my perfectly working PS2 couldn’t even read the disc (games were Timesplitters 2 and 007: Nightfire). Never buy anything from this CEX, they don’t actually seem to bother making sure the discs work. Never going back.

  Charlie and the team are great in my experience, always happy to help and do there best to make sure they can fulfill what they can. Will always use this CEX as a first choice

  Always come here as it’s probably my favourite cex in my area I very rarely ever leave without purchasing at least one blu ray, staff are always nice and understanding if there is ever a problem.

  I think the staff need more training. I bought a PS5 pro which cost a lot of money. I asked the staff member serving me "can it play those blu-rays over there" to which they responded "Yeah, of course. All Playstations can play blu-rays" this playstation does not have a disk drive so can not play those blu-rays. I even bought a game with it at the same time to play on the PS5. Surely they should have spotted that the playstation im buying cant play the disk im buying with it? Now from an Argos or even cash generators id expect this.... but not from a game store surely!
