  Great store with a lot of products to choose from. Ste was very helpful in assisting me as was the other staff member. I will be back from more tech goods in the future!

  Very rare do I give a ONE STAR out, and on this occasion YES. Absolute waste of time selling anything here. Staff are inexperienced, need a lot more customer service training and get the impression some are rejects from Mc Donald's. Not every CEX store is like this, but this store has really put me off the whole concept of using their service. I've used CEX on many occasions and been treated well with experienced knowledgeable staff, but this store NO. At home, charged batteries and played with drone without any issues. They obviously didn't test it correctly or couldn't be bothered. Found charging lead missing. Have decided to keep the drone and use it more. .................................. Reply to owner. Thank you for your response. I do not wish to take this matter any further, what has been said is said. If there was a genuine reason to fail my drone for resale, naturally I would have accepted the decision. I tested the drone myself before the visited the store and found everything in order. Naturally the store cannot take my word as gospel, and you perform your own tests. There was no phone call to me, so I had to drive another 40 mile round trip to find out the result for myself.

  Visited this second-hand electronics store recently and found the prices extremely overpriced for used items. Unfortunately, not good value for money and I wouldn’t recommend it
