    The dealer was initially very pleasant to deal with, but unfortunately very disorganised and repeatedly failed to respond to communication without repeated chasing, and there have been several issues leading to significant extra costs and many hours, if not days, of wasted time. - Despite being legally obliged to fix pre-existing faults at no cost, they insisted I went through the AA warranty after initially misdiagnosing the problem. The issue was eventually fixed, but Premier refused to reimburse the diagnostic costs (>£80) when the warranty company confirmed the fault was not covered. - The car was missing wheel nuts on two wheels, despite the car supposedly passing its MOT while in Premier's possession. I pointed out that this was dangerous and asked them to fix this but they did not, blamed another garage and said they "can't be expected to check every little thing". - After over 10 weeks, I still have no V5C. Premier refused to provide the new keeper slip, claiming they had transferred ownership online but did not request a receipt, and then said they had submitted a V62 form to correct this but will not provide proof of postage so this can be followed up. I now have to pay to apply for this again. Once again, Premier have refused to cover the cost of this. Every time there are more costs from their failure to address issues, they dismiss it as a small amount of money, but still refuse to cover it themselves. They have offered a free service next year to compensate for them, but given they have blamed their own garages for many of the above issues, this is no use. Other less serious issues included the car being dirty (including a sock in the seat pocket), having to chase for weeks for the warranty information (which miraculously appeared only when they instructed me to use it), and turning up to collect my car after repairs only to find someone had taken the key home with them. The 12 month AA warranty is also very difficult to claim on, with a huge list of exclusions, and with no nearby garages they work with.

    great service! Definitely recommend this company to anyone buying a car any time soon! no pushy sales tactics and allowed me to test drive with no pressure! Great after sale service aswell!
