  Rob did a marvellous job of staining and polishing our new handrail up the stairs and whilst doing so reinvigorated the old Victorian existing. Great job.

  I cannot recommend this French polishing company highly enough. Rob did a fantastic job repairing scratches that had been caused by an appliance delivery, and the results far exceeded our expectations. His skill, craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident from the moment he started, and the damaged area now looks as good as it did when before the scratches were caused. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but he also took the time to explain the process and answer any questions we had. He arrived exactly on time as arranged, which was greatly appreciated, and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout – a genuinely nice guy. The quality of his work was outstanding, and we would not hesitate to use his services again. If you're looking for someone who takes real pride in their work and delivers exceptional results, look no further.

  We could not have asked for a more customer friendly and thoroughly professional service. The finish to our kitchen table was exactly what we wanted and all the imperfections that needed to be addressed were rectified perfectly. The collection, polishing and return of the table were executed in a timely and thoroughly comprehensive fashion. An exceptional service from a friendly and well honed family firm. I recommend the company unreservedly for the excellence of their work and outstanding customer service.

  My newly laid engineered timber flooring suffered a scratch in the clear coat which turned white, and was in stark contrast to the natural oak colour of the flooring. I knew my repair options were very limited and touching in with clear coat myself would probably leave it looking worse. I called R Young & Sons and arranged a repair. Robert turned up on time and over the course of the morning, repaired the scratch(s). At points through the morning, Robert kept me updated and indulged my curiosity by explaining the repair process in more detail. At the end, the scratch was gone with the repair being imperceptible to the eye. Robert is a master of his trade, a great job done well.
