  Spot on service, I emailed at 10pm to inform of broken fridge, had a call at 8am the next morning from Amanda, and Stephen arrived at 12pm, although not 'broken' Stephen diagnosed and it was up and running in 5 minutes. 10/10

  Fridge/freezer broke down Rapid response from M and B who confirmed mother board caput. As the price of another board was almost the price of a new fridge unit we agreed a new Bosch. Promptly provided by M and B and old one taken away. Great service and much appreciated

  Great service. Knowledgeable and friendly engineer came out to diagnose the problem very quickly. Went through my options for repair Vs replacement. Once a replacement ordered they delivered and installed quickly. Installation team both friendly and efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend. Actually we got the recommendation from a friend who had a glowing report so we chose them and they delivered..thanks!

  In the middle of a leak detection search, the water to our dishwasher was switched off and this caused the machine to stop mid wash. The machine was full of water and we could not restart it. A phone call to M & B was swiftly made and an appointment was made for a morning call the next day between 9:30 and 13:00. Engineer was here before 10:00 and tested various restart procedures. Very successful, and within 20 mins the dishwasher was restored to health and working again. the Engineer was extremely competent, told us what he was doing and it was a pleasure and a relief to see him. Brilliant Personal Service
