  Kieron is an excellent tiler as well as plumber. Very happy with my cloakroom refurbishment. Worked hard all day Sunday to get the job completed. Very good customer service.

  Avoid this company - there are better alternatives! KA Plumbing (Kamel) installed a Vaillant boiler for me in Jan 2017. When it broke down over Xmas 2023 then a Vaillant engineer attended (under warranty) and replaced a couple of components (GCV / electrode). He also noted that it had been incorrectly installed with the 24V test link left connected. This meant that the boiler had been permanently on - for 7 years. (Possibly why it broke down?) Kamel has serviced the boiler annually and hasn't noticed his original error in all of this time. I have been paying higher than needed energy bills and not realising. After raising this with him my experience has been the same as another reviewer. Unwilling to take any responsibility, blaming other people (my electrician who provided the 13A feed), dismissive of the problem. I would strongly advise against using this company. Find a more competent person. You can deal directly with Vaillant - they will do annual servicing. I'm all for supporting local businesses but not when they behave like this.

  we Called this company after our boiler stopped working. They came out promptly found the problem quickly. Will definately use again in the future.
