  Recently I visited this store with my partner and family about a screen repair under Apple warranty. To cut a very long story short I would like to give a glowing review and a thank you to Adi the Genius Bar manager for being such an amazing help and so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He absolutely went above and beyond to solve our issues and is a shining example of excellent customer service and all around great person. If Apple offer any form of reward or bonus for great work or feedback Adi deserves it all.

  Because I can’t leave a review for the overall company, I’ll leave it here! So I was meant to get a replacement phone, but then my phone decided after software update it wants to work, so I rang and cancelled this they said they will release the hold they had on my account, so waiting 6 business days after they said it would take 3. Only for it not to have been released so rang them again today, to find they hadn’t bothered to release the funds and that they have now released it and will take a further 3 days to go into my account! The women on the phone had very thick accent so couldn’t understand much of what she was saying so don’t even think I’ve got the transaction code correct anyways for me to ring my bank!

  We bought an iPhone from Ezekiel today. AMAZING customer service, best apple genius in the country if you want someone to slow thing down and really look after the whole setup process with you. I have bought phones from apple stores before and have been really let down by the customer service, but today was a really good reminder to what you can come to expect at Apple. Thank you Ezekiel.
