  Extremely happy with the efficient and professional guy who came to fix my fan oven the day after I enquired. Ansaphone message replied to quickly and all costs clearly explained, reasonable prices. Repair procedure and aftercare service clearly explained. Definitely recommend for any domestic appliance repair needed.

  I had a problem with oven as it was complete dead nothing happened. I called and they gave me great advice rather than charging me a call out fee. Brilliant service. Thank you

  New oven element fitted today - excellent and very quick service from Colin, who was professional, friendly and quickly responsive in arranging appointment - on a job that could have been tricky due to having to access the rear of the oven, but was easily sorted out by Colin. Went above and beyond as well to improvise on re-fixing back plate inside the oven. At very reasonable price too (where other companies had quoted twice the price). Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if/when needed.
