  I’m incredibly impressed with the service at TopSpecs (Aylesbury). I honestly thought my glasses were beyond repair, but I brought them in hoping for the best. Brian did an amazing job—he straightened the frames I’d accidentally bent and made them look brand new again. I’m not sure if Brian actually repaired them or used some sort of AI magic, but I like them so much now that I find myself wearing them even when I don’t need to! The best part? The repairs and adjustments cost a fraction of what I would have paid elsewhere for a reglazing. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and genuine care for the customer.

  Excellent service from Brian and his team in re-glazing my second pair of glasses following a change of prescription.I was fairly particular in the type of frames I wanted for my best pair and Brian took time to source a number of frames which suited my requirements.Thank you Top Specs.

  Brian at Top Specs was absolutely brilliant and amazingly patient with my requirements. I have been wearing glasses for nearly 30 years, and this is the best service I have ever received. Why Top Specs stands out: Custom Orders: Unlike high street opticians that only offer what’s in stock, Brian didn't hesitate to order two specific Ray-Ban frames in the exact colours I wanted. Expert Advice: I wanted photochromic lenses but was on a budget. Brian suggested Hoya lenses as an alternative to "Transitions." I was apprehensive, but after a week of wearing them, the quality is extremely high—I love them! Craftsmanship: I have a high prescription, and Brian did an amazing job finishing the lenses to disguise the thickness. It’s these small details that you just don't get at the high street opticians. If you want your glasses made exactly how you want them without compromises, I can’t recommend Brian enough. I’ll definitely be returning!
